Reception

Ceremony

The wedding ceremony will begin at 2:00pm at the Cochrane Ranchehouse, located at 101 Ranchehouse Road in Cochrane, Alberta. Please ensure you are at least 20 minutes early.

Our reception will also take place at the Cochrane Ranchehouse. Doors will open at 5:30pm, with the celebration to follow.

Questions & Answers

What time does the ceremony start?

2:00pm. Please ensure you are at least 20 minutes early to help give the wedding party ample time to organize before the procession.

What is the dress code?

Black tie optional; we encourage you to bring your best attire for the wedding day.

Can I wear white?

Please do not wear white, we're saving it for the bride.

I'm from out of town, where should I stay?

Cochrane hosts a Super 8, a Days Inn & Suites, and the Bow River Inn for two-star options. The Canalta Cochrane is a three-star option. Calgary has alternatives, but transportation to Cochrane is required.

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Weather permitting, Cochrane's Main Street is a short distance away and has several independent storefronts which may be of interest. The Cochrane Ranchehouse grounds offer beautiful scenery as well. Additionally, we encourage you to meet with other guests.
